Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

wodeMac is operated by Kraft Engineering Corp ("we", "us"). We rent dedicated Mac mini computers hosted in California, USA. This policy covers the wodeMac website, account center and checkout at wodemac.com.

2. What we collect

• Account details: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier. We never receive your Google password.
• Order details: your plan, amounts, order status, order and delivery dates, and renewal setting.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. We store only the customer ID, subscription ID and payment results Stripe sends us, never your full card details.
• Referral details: if you arrive through a referral link, a cookie records the referrer for up to 30 days so commissions can be credited.
• Technical details: for security and troubleshooting, our servers log requests, such as IP address, time and response status.
• Data on your Mac: files you store or process on your rented Mac belong to you. We don't browse them. We or our hosting provider may access the Mac through remote administration only for maintenance, repairs, or a support request you make.

3. How we use it

• To create and manage your account, orders and subscription.
• To take payments, renewals and refunds, and to handle referral commissions.
• To deliver and maintain your Mac and answer support requests.
• To prevent abuse, fraud and security incidents.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, train AI models on your data, or use it for targeted advertising.

4. Who we share it with

• Stripe, to process payments and subscriptions.
• Google, to provide sign-in.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our web servers and database, and the facility that hosts the physical Macs in California.
• Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, others or us.

These providers may use the information only to provide services to us.

5. Cookies

We use only cookies the service needs to work: your sign-in session, a security token against cross-site request forgery, and the referral record. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep it

• Data on your Mac: kept for 3 days after your subscription ends, then fully erased. Please back up before your service ends.
• Account and order records: kept while you use the service, and afterwards for as long as accounting, tax and legal rules require.
• Server logs: kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or ask how we handle it. California residents also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the rights to know, delete and correct, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Email us at the address below. We will verify your identity before responding. Records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records, may not be deleted right away.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, HttpOnly session cookies, and encrypted storage for the Mac passwords we hand over, which are shown only once on your billing page. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.

9. Children

wodeMac is for adults and businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll announce material changes on the site or by email and update the effective date above.
